Daily Source is not a dental office, medical provider, or insurance company.

We do not provide medical care, make diagnoses, or guarantee specific treatment outcomes.

 

 

 

 

2. Membership Services

 

 

 

a. Eligibility

 

 

Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older (or minors with parental/guardian consent).

 

 

b. Membership Benefits

 

 

Membership provides access to discounted dental services at participating providers. Covered services, discounts, and pricing vary by provider and plan level.

 

Membership does not guarantee availability of specific treatments, and services are subject to provider schedules, clinical judgment, and capacity.

 

 

c. No Insurance

 

 

Daily Source is not insurance and does not replace traditional dental insurance. Membership fees are not insurance premiums.

 

 

 

 

3. Fees & Payment

 

 

 

a. Subscription Fees

 

 

Members agree to pay the monthly or annual membership fee listed at signup.

 

 

b. Billing

 

 

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis through a secure third-party payment processor.

 

 

c. No Refunds

 

 

All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

d. Service Costs

 

 

Dental services are paid directly to the dental provider at the discounted member rate unless otherwise stated. Daily Source does not pay for services on behalf of members.

 

 

 

 

4. Provider Services & Responsibility

 

 

 

a. Independent Providers

 

 

Participating dentists and orthodontists are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Daily Source.

 

 

b. Medical Decisions

 

 

All treatment decisions are made solely by the dental provider and the patient.

 

 

c. No Guarantee

 

 

We do not guarantee pricing, outcomes, appointment availability, or specific provider participation.

 

 

 

 

5. Cancellations & Termination

 

 

 

a. Member Cancellation

 

 

Members may cancel their membership at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

 

 

b. Termination by Daily Source

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.

 

 

 

 

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Daily Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including medical outcomes, missed appointments, billing disputes, or provider service quality.

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for membership during the previous 12 months.
